Wilson (FL-24) voted to defend reproductive health freedoms and in support of the Women's Health Protection Act of 2022 and the Ensuring Women's Right to Reproductive Freedom Act which seek to reproductive health protections after the Republican-controlled Supreme Court overturned the constitutional right to abortion and signaled a willingness to overturn other precedents.

The legislation seeks to support American families, the U.S. economy, and communities across South Florida by creating good-paying jobs and protecting the health and well-being of those residents. The appropriations package also includes close to $35 million in various community projects championed by Congresswoman Wilson, which provide essential funding for District 24.

The legislation will go before the floor of the House of Representatives today for a vote.
