Congresswoman Wilson Names COVID Frontline Doctor, Dr. Dwight C. Reynolds, as Virtual Guest to State of the Union Address

MIAMI, FL – Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson (FL-24) announced Dwight C. Reynolds, MD, FACEP as her virtual guest for President Biden’s State of the Union Address who has been instrumental in providing COVID-19 vaccinations, testing, and care to Florida’s 24th Congressional District.

“It is with tremendous pride that I announce my guest for the State of the Union Address, Dr. Dwight C. Reynolds,” said Congresswoman Wilson. “Dr. Reynolds has worked in more than 25 emergency medicine departments across the country.  Through his remarkable efforts to serve as an emergency medical doctor during an unprecedented global pandemic, Dr. Reynolds exemplifies what it means to be a hero. He has worked tirelessly to improve COVID-19 vaccination coverage to Florida’s 24th District with a particular focus on vulnerable communities and communities of color,” continued Wilson. “Dr. Reynolds attended Michigan State University (BS), Michigan State University College of Human Medicine (MD) and attended the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in General Surgery. Dr. Reynolds is married to Christine Reynolds and has three sons, Dwight II, Adrian, and Justin.”
