(MIAMI, FL)- With the debate on the Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill heating up in Congress, Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson (FL-24) and Cynthia Hernandez, Research Associate at RISEP, will join Fight for Florida in launching Faces of Florida on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. Each week, Faces of Florida will highlight the story of an immigrant directly affected by the legislation. This week you will meet the first Face of Florida, Nicolas Wulff, a half-Colombian, half-German undocumented Dreamer who aspires to be a policy analyst so he can help leaders make better decisions. He is currently working as a summer intern for the United Auto Workers in Miami.

U.S. Rep. Frederica S. Wilson is a second-term Congresswoman from Florida representing parts of Northern Miami-Dade and Southeast Broward counties. A former state legislator and school principal, she is the founder of the 5000 Role Models for Excellence Project, a mentoring program for young males at risk of dropping out of school.
