Congresswoman Wilson Sends Letter to President Biden in Support of Ketanji Brown Jackson as SCOTUS Nominee

MIAMI, FL – Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson (FL-24) continues her advocacy for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's nomination to the Supreme Court of the United States by sending a letter to President Biden. 

"Weeks ago, I proudly announced my support for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's nomination to our nation's Supreme Court. Today, to further express my support, I have sent a letter to President Biden detailing reasons why I firmly believe she would be the best nominee and an even better Supreme Court Justice," said Congresswoman Wilson. "The President has expressed strong interest in Ketanji as a potential SCOTUS nominee. It is my hope that President Biden will consider the overwhelming, bipartisan support Ketanji has received, not only from me but from her colleagues within the judicial community. Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson would be an excellent Supreme Court Justice, and it would be a proud day for Miami and the nation should she be the first Black woman to serve."
